Job summary

A Torquay workshop is hiring a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join a supportive team. The role covers diagnostics, servicing, suspension, brakes and engine work on a variety of vehicles.

It is a full-time, on-site position with 2 hours of guaranteed overtime each week, offering a steady, diverse workload in a down-to-earth environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years post-qualification experience, strong diagnostic ability, proficiency with scan tools, and the flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with scan tools and the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs across a broad range of makes and models.
• Service, suspension, brakes and engine work as part of a hands-on role.
• Work in a busy workshop with a stable, but varied daily flow.
