Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working as a Light Vehicle Mechanic.
• AIS Safety Check License or willingness to obtain.
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical issues on light vehicles, including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Communicate effectively to provide accurate estimates for time and cost
• Keep a clean and organized work area
