Maryborough District Health Service is seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to deliver engaging wellbeing programs and support residents in a compassionate, person-centred way.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing personalised support, helping residents stay independent, and contributing to comprehensive wellbeing plans within a supportive, community-focused aged care setting.
Permanent Part Time - 35 hours per fortnight
