Job summary

Belgravia Leisure's Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre in Taree is seeking enthusiastic lifeguards for casual shifts. You will oversee daily pool operations, ensure safety across all pool areas, and deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to patrons.

The role values energy, reliability and strong communication. Applicants should hold current First Aid, CPR, a Pool Lifeguard certificate and a National Police Check, with flexibility for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of OHS and public safety practices in leisure facilities.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certification.
• National Police Check is required.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and pool operations knowledge.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pool operations to ensure safety and a welcoming environment.
• Lead and coach team members while delivering great customer service.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of patrons and age groups.
• Commit to weekend and public holiday hours during peak seasons.
