Lifecycle Specialist – Contracts Management

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Specialist – Contracts Management, joining our Employee Lifecycle team.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance, and providing comprehensive HR support across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict‑management, and negotiation skills, able to lead difficult conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Advanced written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude and enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes, consistently identifying opportunities for automation and promoting best practices.
  • Efficiency in operations with a strong focus on thorough documentation and data integrity.
  • Tech‑savvy, able to collaborate asynchronously on tools and adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Independent work ethic and comfort in an international, fast‑paced, remote environment with multiple priorities; flexible hours are required.
  • Familiarity with communication, documentation, and project‑management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G‑suite.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements, assisting senior specialists on complex projects, including advising clients and employees on employment law changes.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer all employee lifecycle documents with accuracy and attention to detail for both internal and external staff, including amendments, agreements, and necessary forms.
  • Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on basic and complex legal interpretations as a trusted consultant to clients and employees.
Team and Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Assist senior specialists in managing critical initiatives impacting employees across multiple countries and support HR and financial audits for compliance.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation on contracts management based on legislative changes, referenced by all internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, product development, and overall customer and employee experience.
  • Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols with discretion.

Our annual salary range for this full‑time position is $29,750—$67,000 USD. The base salary depends on location, transferable skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demand.
