Job summary

Capstone Financial Planning Pty Ltd. in Melbourne CBD invites an experienced administrator to join our Licensing, Education and Practice Support team and support licensing, adviser education and practice operations.

Reporting to the Licensing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ongoing growth and innovation through proactive administration and process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of financial planning administration experience.
• Experience across a variety of financial planning administrative functions.
• Understanding of Financial Planning education requirements.
• Sound knowledge of financial planning processes and compliance.
• Strong relationship, communication and influencing skills.
• Exposure to financial planning software (Xplan preferred).
• Highly organised and accountable with ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Proactive support of Licensing, Education and Practice Support services for advisers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and administer onboarding for all new authorised representatives
• Work with fund manager partners to transfer adviser clients
• Respond to adviser queries to support practice development and retention
• Provide administrative support to Adviser Education and Professional Year programs
• Help create licensee business efficiencies through technology and process improvements
• Operational support of acquisition and succession plans of existing advisers
• Assist the development and support of dealer services program

We have an exciting opportunity based in our Melbourne CBD Head Office for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our Licensing, Education and Practice Support team.

Working directly with the Licensing Operations Manager, you will be a key contributor to our ongoing growth and innovation through your proven administration abilities to support our financial planning licensing, adviser education and practice support operations.

The role offers excellent scope for you to display and enhance your current skill set whilst supporting the ongoing innovation of the overall business.
