Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is helping a client recruit a licensed Warehouse Operator for their Wholesale Distribution Centre in Melbourne. The role focuses on licensed operation of forklift and reach truck for high level picking, with supervision minimal and coordination within a small team.

You will use WMS and RF terminals, with multi-skilling across inbound unpacking, packing, dispatch and returns as needed. Floor-based, no driving duties involved.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence essential (LF, and LO where reach or order picker applies).
• Demonstrated MHE competence.
• Able to work under limited supervision and coordinate within a team.

This is a hands on, high level MHE role suited to an experienced forklift and reach truck operator who can work under limited supervision and coordinate within a team.

Role overview

• Core focus is licensed operation of forklift and reach truck for high level picking, replenishment, relocation and consolidation
• Uses the warehouse management system (WMS) and RF terminal
• Multi-skilling is a requirement, flexes into inbound container unpacking support, low level picking, packing, dispatch and rework or returns when needed
• Retains Grade 2 classification while flexing across functions
