Qualifications

• Licensed blasting professionals with regulatory permits.
• Experience writing technical content for safety-critical domains.
• Ability to assess misuse potential in complex technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts across benign, dual-use and adversarial levels.
• Evaluate model responses against policy standards and provide justification.
• Draft reference answers and technical reasoning for correct responses.
