Job description

As a Liaison Manager at Regents Garden Group, you will play a pivotal role in building strong connections with potential residents, their families, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely admissions across our facilities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective care recipients, guiding them through the admission process, providing accurate information on fees and services, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

In this role, you will:

Represent all Regents Garden Facilities in promoting our mission, values, and high standards of care.

Coordinate facility tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

Manage and update waiting lists, verify financial eligibility, and optimise funding opportunities.

Liaise with social workers, ACAT teams, hospitals, and placement consultants to maintain strong referral networks.

Monitor facility income, report to management, and track market trends in aged care fees.

Support Office and Facility Managers with training and admission processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Oversee contractor compliance, including clearances, insurance, and vaccination records.

Promote health, safety, and quality standards in line with Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) and NDIS regulations.
