THE ROLE
  • Working closely with a team of experienced public liability Claims Managers, you will manage claims from end to end.
  • Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for future claims strategies
  • Ensuring the best possible outcomes in all areas : QA, customer experience, quality, as well as financial
  • Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers
  • Attending external meetings, court cases
  • Manage claims in line with procedures
  • Conduct investigations regarding liability and medical issues
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders
KEY CRITERIA
  • 2-3 years of experience managing public liability claims
  • Legal qualifications (essential)
  • Experience in managing litigated claims
  • A Solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act
  • Confident interpersonal / communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • End-to-end claims management experience
