IWF Staff is seeking qualified LF/LO forklift operators in Victoria for day and limited afternoon shifts. Roles include high reach and counterbalance forklift driving, LO order picking, unloading/loading trucks, and stock handling in a busy transport yard.

Immediate start with view of permanency for the right candidates; strong attention to detail and teamwork required for accurate receiving and dispatch.

Formación

• Hold LF/LO forklift licence with at least 12 months' experience.
• Experience in transport yard and linehaul is highly regarded.
• Police check current or willing to obtain.
• physically fit to lift up to 25kg and work in a warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Operate High Reach/Counterbalance forklifts safely.
• Drive LO trucks and linehaul operations as required.
• Assist with loading/unloading, stacking pallets and stocktake.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments accuracy and report variances.
• Work in a team within a transport yard and warehouse duties.

$34.96 - $36.66 /hour for day shift LF driving depending on role

$35.96 - $37.55 per hour for day shift LO driving

Limited afternoon also available

What the roles involve:

• High Reach/Counterbalanceforklift driving


• LO Order Picker driving


• Working in a transport yard - Linehaul (strapping/unstrapping loads, removing gates/curtains etc...)


• Picking and packing


• Receiving/Storing (unloading of inbound/outbound shipments and efficiently stacking of pallets)


• Unloading and Loading trucks


• Stocktake/Quality control (ensuring inbound/outbound shipment accuracy, checking for damage and reporting quality variances)


• General warehouse duties


• Various other duties as required

What you will need:

• Your own reliable transport to get to and from work is essential!


• Hold a current valid LF/LO Licence with at least 12 Monthsof experience


• Experience working in a transport yard and working with linehaul highly regarded


• Hold a current police check or be willing to get one


• Proven High Reach experience highly regarded


• Experience working in a team environment


• Have RF Scanning experience


• Excellent attention to detail


• Be available forongoing Day, Afternoon or night shift


• Must be physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg's)


• Strong warehouse background experience
