Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift operations using tynes and clamps.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods; verify quantities and quality.
• Record stock movements in inventory management systems.
• Assist with periodic stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory.
• Prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Support process-improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move goods in and out of store facilities.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, ensuring quantities and quality are correct.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the inventory system.
• Assist with regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and package orders for dispatch to meet delivery timelines.
• Follow WHS guidelines and promote a safe working environment.
• Work with colleagues to optimise store processes and communications.
