Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to lead the Leisure & Lifestyle program for aged care residents. You will plan, implement and evaluate activities tailored to each resident’s needs, interests and capabilities.
With a focus on compassion, respect and inclusion, you will liaise with residents, carers and the care team to deliver engaging programs and improve quality of life for residents in our Uniting Aged Care services.
