Job summary

We are seeking an experienced legal leader to join a Queensland Government organisation in a pivotal leadership capacity. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior legal professional to lead a dedicated legal services function while providing strategic advice to executive stakeholders within a complex regulatory environment. Reporting directly to the organisation's most senior executive and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting organisational governance, regulatory decision-making and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Legal Services function.
• Provide expert legal advice to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Manage complex legal matters across regulatory, administrative, governance and employment law.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience providing strategic legal advice to senior executives and decision-makers.
