Current Opportunities:
  • Paralegal (Workcover) – This role involves providing high‑quality paralegal and administrative support to legal professionals across a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment. Candidates will be detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working with potentially sensitive or distressing content. Immediate start with potential for extension.
  • Commercial Property Secretary – Large national CBD law firm requires a skilled Property Secretary to assist a busy Partner and their team for an ongoing period. Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in legal/property law.
  • Corporate Receptionist / Legal Secretary – Our client is looking for a professional receptionist who can also handle basic legal secretarial tasks. A minimum of 12 months’ prior experience is essential, and immediate availability is required.
  • Senior Legal Secretary – Construction – Use your strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills to support a legal team with document preparation, court filings, and data entry. This varied role also includes diary management, transcription review, file set‑up, and coordinating meetings. Immediate start – ongoing assignment.
