Village Roadshow Theme Parks is seeking a commercially focused Legal Counsel on the Gold Coast to support the commercial, operational and governance needs across iconic destinations. You will provide practical legal advice, manage contract drafting and negotiation, and improve contract review processes to enable fast, informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Admission as a solicitor with a current Queensland Law Society Practising Certificate and at least five years’ post-admission experience.
• Strong contract drafting, review, analysis and negotiation skills across commercial arrangements.
• Experience in process improvement, policy implementation, governance and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with ERP or contract management system experience highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative approach to balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes.

One day it’s a sponsorship deal, the next it’s a trade mark question about a new ride.
