Our Medical Negligence team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We’re now looking for a permanent Legal Assistant to join our Brisbane-based team, in a full time capacity.
The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, diary management, file management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

If you are an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a new opportunity, or someone with an administration and / or customer service background, we want to hear from you! Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required.
We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. Our team works in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are must. If you're a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you.
