Job summary
University of New South Wales (UNSW) invites applications for two tenure-track positions at Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Operations Management within the School of Information Systems & Technology Management, UNSW Business School. The roles involve research, teaching and leadership contributions.
Remuneration is Level B from AUD 133,065 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading; Level C from AUD 161,619 plus 17% superannuation and
Qualifications
- PhD by end of 2026 in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or closely related field.
- Excellence in publishing in leading IS/OM conferences and journals (e.g., AIS ranking).
- Experience teaching technical (AI, databases, networking) or business analytics courses is highly desirable.
- Experience with educational technologies, online delivery methods, and industry engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scholarly research and professional activities, nationally and internationally, with leadership in teaching and engagement.
- Contribute to teaching, engagement and educational leadership in the School and Faculty.
- Publish high-quality research recognized internationally and contribute to educational leadership and excellence.
