The primary focus of this appointment is to increase the school’s capacity in teaching and service leadership the areas of business and human resources management in the School of Business. Experience and expertise of developing new skills and competencies especially in relation to uncertainly and change triggered by the adoption of new and disruptive technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other future of work agendas in public and private (for profit and not-for-profit) sector organisations. Experience of teaching in Defence contexts is highly desirable. Applications are particularly welcome from people with experience in teaching business and management and human resource management courses at undergraduate, post‑graduate and lifelong‑learning levels.
