Qualifications

• A PhD in quantum computing, physics, scientific computing or a closely related discipline.
• Strong research record with publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Proven teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Ability to secure competitive research funding and build partnerships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internationally recognised research in quantum computing and algorithms.
• Develop scalable hybrid classical-quantum approaches for future exascale computing.
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Contribute to competitive funding applications and partnerships.
