Qualifications

• Experience teaching university-level research methods across quantitative methodologies.
• Experience in curriculum design, unit coordination and assessment development within higher education.
• Proven ability to supervise or support student research projects at honours and/or postgraduate level.
• Strong knowledge of research design, statistical analysis, quantitative methodologies and mixed-methods approaches.
• Established or emerging research profile with peer-reviewed publications and collaborations.
• Experience securing or contributing to competitive research funding is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver high-quality teaching across quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research approaches.
• Coordinate units of study, including assessment design, moderation, quality assurance and management of teaching teams.
• Supervise honours students and contribute to HDR supervision.
• Support curriculum development and integration of research methods teaching across the school.
• Maintain an active and impactful research program aligned with the discipline's priorities.
• Contribute to research funding applications, scholarly publications and collaborations.
