Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Law, or related disciplines are required.
• Class 1 Real Estate Licence preferred.
• Solid experience in commercial leasing, ideally from the tenant side.

Responsibilities

• Champion negotiations for new leases and renewals.
• Take ownership of Ventia's leased property portfolio.
• Lead the evolution of a scalable Property Platform.
• Conduct deep market research to spot trends for optimisation.
• Guide stakeholders in defining their property needs.
• Cultivate relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders.
