You will engage with landlords and tenants, coordinate advertising, and keep rental lists up to date while maintaining properties to a high standard. A proactive, communicative professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Residential leasing experience required.
• Current valid QLD driver's license required.
• Experience with Inspect Real Estate or PropertyMe preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and computer literate.
• Local area knowledge and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Leasing Department and supervise a full-time Leasing Consultant.
• Conduct tenant viewings.
• Manage end-to-end leasing process.
• Handle rental inquiries by phone and email.
• Communicate with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate advertising for rentals.
• Update rental lists and websites.
• Maintain properties to a presentation standard.
• Collaborate with BDM and Property Management teams.
