Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an Education Services professional to design, develop, and deliver internal learning programs that build employee capability and support business performance.

The role emphasizes instructional design, facilitation, and program management with focus on leadership development and role-specific training for MRI products.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in learning and development within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering both behavioural and technical learning programs.
• Experience developing training content for systems, products, software applications, or business processes.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences from individual contributors to leaders.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into learning solutions.

As a member of theEducation ServicesTeam, you willbe responsible forthe design, development, and deliveryof internal learning programs that build employee capability and support organisational performance. The successful candidatewill have strongexperience in instructional design, facilitation, and program management, with exposure to leadership development programs highly regarded.In addition to broader capability and leadership initiatives, this role will play a key role in developing and delivering role-specific training programs that build employeeproficiencyin MRI products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct training needs analyses to determineappropriate learningsolutions that align with businessobjectivesand employee development goals.

Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning programs using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.

Develop andfacilitateinternal training programs focused on employee capability, professional skills, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.

Support the design, implementation, and delivery of leadership development programs.

Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts toidentifyproduct knowledge and capability requirements across roles.

Design, develop, andmaintainrole-specific learning pathways that enable employees to effectively utilise MRI products, systems, and processes within their roles.

Ensure product and systems training contentremainscurrent and aligned with product enhancements, business process changes, and organisational priorities.

Create engaging learning materials and resources that support knowledge transfer, skill development, and application in the workplace.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through participant feedback, assessments, learning metrics, and business outcomes, and continuously improve programs based on insights.

Manage learning projects from analysis and design through development, implementation, communication, and evaluation.

Maintain learning records, program documentation, and training resources within the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting platforms.

Coach and support subject matter experts, facilitators, and business leaders in effective training and facilitation practices.

Stay current with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, facilitation techniques, learning technologies, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years' experience in learning and development, training delivery, instructional design, and program development within a corporate environment.

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering both behavioural and technical learning programs.

Experience developing training content for systems, products, software applications, or business processes.

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from individual contributors through to leaders.

Experience partnering with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into effective learning solutions.

Highly Desirable:

Qualifications or certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Coaching, or Organisational Development.

Experience delivering leadership development programs or leadership capability initiatives.

Experience within a technology, SaaS, software, or professional services environment.
