Qualifications

• People-focused learning professional with energy, organisation and commercial thinking.
• Experience in learning & development, training, Talent & Culture or hospitality.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and compliance awareness.
• Experience with apprenticeships, traineeships, internships or education partnerships preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in HR, Learning & Development, Business or Hospitality preferred.

• Lead Learning & Development: Plan, coordinate and deliver training programs.
• Drive Compliance: Own mandatory training and audit readiness.
• Build Capability: Identify gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Onboarding & Performance: Lead onboarding and support development conversations.

• Early Careers: Manage relationships with education providers, apprenticeships and internships.
• Reporting & Governance: Maintain training records and dashboards.
• Culture & Engagement: Foster continuous learning and recognition.
