Voyages Tourism Australia, part of the Journey Beyond Group, invites applications for a Learning & Development Advisor at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will drive learning initiatives, deliver orientation, and support content and schedules across a large, diverse workforce.

Your role partners with leaders and the People & Culture team to build capability, manage LMS records, and create engaging development opportunities while living in a unique Australian destination.

Qualifications

• Confident facilitating training and presenting to groups of varying sizes.
• Experience training, coaching or developing people in hospitality, tourism or service.
• Experience in learning and development, training or similar people-focused role.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with passion for helping others learn.
• Comfortable using technology and learning systems; LMS experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities across Ayers Rock Resort.
• Deliver the resort's orientation program and facilitate training sessions.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and build workforce capability.
• Manage training schedules, communications and learning administration.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
• Support development and continuous improvement of learning content and programs.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee capability and engagement.
