About the role

We are seeking a friendly dedicated and details-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning Area Administration Assistant from 2026. The Learning Area Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the Heads of Learning Area in the Secondary School. Working across a range of areas while reporting directly to the Office Manager the Learning Area Administration Assistant will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to support the functioning of the Secondary Learning Areas.

This is a dynamic role which will require excellent time-management prioritisationand collaboration skills. This is a part-time role (0.6FTE / three days per week) with specific days and hours to be arranged in negotiation with the successful candidate.
