The Centre for Inclusive Employment was established at Swinburne University of Technology with funding from the Commonwealth Government. As part of the Centre for Social Impact, the Centre works to strengthen the employment services ecosystem so it is more person‑centred and better equipped to support people with disability into meaningful employment.
Working with a national consortium of disability, employment and research organisations, the Centre brings together evidence from academic research, best‑practice models, pilot programs and real‑world experiences to understand what works in improving disability employment outcomes.
The Centre then turns this evidence into practical resources, tools, training and guidance that help employment service providers strengthen their services and better support the people and employers they work with.
By joining the team, you’ll contribute to work that connects evidence, practice and collaboration to help create more inclusive employment opportunities across Australia.
