Accenture is seeking a Learning Advisor in Australia to define and drive learning strategies across Services and Markets. You will work with HR and business leaders to ensure talent development aligns with strategic priorities and ROI expectations.

In this role, you will validate skill needs with stakeholders, design curricula leveraging global assets, and partner with Capability Teams to deliver impactful programs that accelerate business outcomes.

Role: Learning Advisor

Our Focus

Learning Advisors define the learning strategy for a particular Service, Market, or other priority business need. We are trusted advisors to the business, working closely with business and HR leadership to ensure the business, talent, and learning strategies are closely aligned. We work across business nodes to ensure that all skill needs are validated by Market and Service stakeholders, and drive clarity on program goals and learning outcomes, leveraging global assets where possible. We then partner with Learning Capability teams to ensure programs are designed, developed, and delivered in line with sponsor expectations.

Examples of Work We Do

• Partner with most senior business and HR stakeholders from the Markets/Services/Functions and other business groups to develop and continuously evolve our learning strategies
• Drive integration between Services/Functions and Markets/MUs to clarify program priorities and ensure timely delivery of strategic programs
• Partner with Capability Teams to shape learning objectives and programs that address Service, Market, or enterprise-wide priorities
• Partner with business and HR leaders across our Markets/Services/Functions on a quarterly basis to develop relevant curriculum plans
• Assess incoming L&D support requests for their respective business area to determine need, value, and outcomes. As needed, engage business leaders across Services/Markets to come to a center-led point of view and prioritization when demands exceed capacity
• Identify needs for customization/development of M/MU learning programs and work with the Capability Teams to execute
• Advise on the vendor selection process
• Build awareness and buy-in with business stakeholders of L&D work intake process and engagement model
• Translate the work of the Learning organization into meaningful ROI for the business
