Job summary

Breight Group is seeking experienced Leading Hand Scaffolders to join our growing Access team in Western Australia. You will lead a crew, coordinate daily activities and ensure safe, efficient delivery across maintenance and shutdown projects.

We offer casual employment with FIFO from Perth, WA, and opportunities to develop leadership capability toward Supervisor roles within a growing team. We value safety, quality and productivity on major WA operations.

Qualifications

• Current Advanced Scaffolding (SA) High Risk Work Licence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and support a crew.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and getting the job done.
• Working at Heights and Confined Space completed within the last 2 years.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for your crew and allocate work.
• Remain on-tools when required to support the crew.
• Provide hands-on leadership while ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to plan and deliver tasks on time and safely.

Breight Group is growing, and our Access team is right at the centre of it. With major maintenance and shutdown work across some of WA’s biggest operations, we’re looking for experienced Leading Hand Scaffolders who know how to get the best out of a crew, keep work moving and set the standard when it comes to safety, quality and productivity.

Whether you’re looking for regular maintenance work or shutdown opportunities, there’s plenty happening at Breight Group. The Work As a Leading Hand Scaffolder, you’ll work closely with our Supervisors while providing hands‑on leadership to your crew. You’ll be on the tools when required, but you’ll also play an important role in coordinating daily activities, allocating work, supporting your team and making sure the job is delivered safely and efficiently.
