Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand - Maintenance, ideally a qualified Fitter or Boilermaker, to join our Wolffdene team and lead fixed plant maintenance with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
You will manage 2–3 direct reports, coordinate contractors, perform maintenance tasks on fixed plant equipment, and conduct risk assessments under WHS standards, including confined spaces, dogging, rigging and EWP work, using tablets for reporting.

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a skilled and motivated Leading Hand - Maintenance to join our team at Wolffdene. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a qualified Fitter or Boilermaker with strong experience in fixed plant maintenance and a passion for safety and compliance.
Day Shift: Starts at 5:00 AM (or earlier) until 4:00-5:00 PM
Monday-Thursday: 9.5-hour days
Friday & Saturday: All hours are paid as overtime (Saturday is typically a half-day)
Pay Rate: $40.82 - $42.96/hour
