Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Lance Creek, Victoria facility. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, overseeing inbound, outbound, sorting, put-away and picking activities.

You will lead the morning shift, ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards, and drive on-time customer service and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have WHS knowledge, office skills, and prior warehouse leadership experience, plus the ability to manage shift

Qualifications

• Knowledge of WHS requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in warehousing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily team requirements to ensure adequate staffing.
• Support workforce planning and cross-training to meet business needs.
• Manage waste, stock control and DIFOT to achieve targets.
• Organise coverage for planned and unplanned staff absences.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on operational changes and objectives.
• Complete accurate and timely shift reports including tonnage and outcomes.
• Ensure clear handovers between shifts.
