You will manage a site with a strong emphasis on process discipline, stock accuracy and meeting performance standards, ensuring audit-ready operations and timely reporting.

• Ensure accurate inbound processing and stock control.
• Coordinate on-time, error-free dispatch and freight.
• Oversee drivers, fleet compliance and delivery standards.
• Manage returns and warranty flow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organised, audit-ready site.
• Provide WHS leadership and incident response.
• Report on operational performance.
