Baulkham Hills Veterinary Hospital in Sydney is seeking an Experienced Lead Veterinarian to shape the practice’s growth and care delivery. The role offers scope to implement services, refine clinical processes and mentor a diverse team of veterinarians and support staff.

You will work closely with the Practice Manager to foster an open, accountable culture, drive high standards, and pursue opportunities to evolve the practice’s offerings while ensuring exceptional patient care.

Qualificações

• BVSc or equivalent degree recognised in Australia.
• Ideally 3–5 years of experience in small animal.
• Ability to listen, communicate clearly and help others understand the 'why'.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to think outside the box and embrace new ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care across a varied caseload.
• Lead by example, mentoring vets and supporting their development.
