This role offers a base salary with a bonus up to $6,000 annually, weekends off, a six‑week onboarding program, and clear pathways into expanding Restaurant Management roles.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be 18+ to manage/supervise a restaurant.
• Liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation may be required by local legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and run a welcoming restaurant.
• Coach your team to deliver the Nando’s experience for customers.
• Set tone, pace, and energy on each shift.
