Job summary

Mayfield is seeking an experienced Switchroom Construction Manager to lead the construction and assembly of transportable switchrooms. You will coordinate people, resources, subcontractors, materials and activities to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, while upholding quality standards.

Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, resource management and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Switchroom manufacturing, construction or industrial project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling four-week look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate labor, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify scheduling and resource risks.
• Oversee construction and assembly of transportable switchrooms to plan.
• Coordinate internal electrical and mechanical labor resources and subcontractor activities.
• Resolve construction issues and escape safety, quality and schedule risks.
