ACCIONA is leading a greenfield rail survey project on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. You will lead the survey function, bridging design and site delivery, modelling data, and guiding surveyors and subcontractors to meet program milestones.

Ideal candidates are registered surveyors with a Diploma in Engineering Surveying and strong experience in civil construction, with advanced 12d or Terramodel skills and proven leadership of survey teams.

Formación

• Registration as a surveyor is required.
• Diploma in Engineering Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in civil construction surveying.
• Advanced 12d or Terramodel skills for modelling.
• Experience leading survey teams and producing method statements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead survey delivery from planning through completion.
• Model and review design data including mass haul and spatial analysis.
• Oversee construction layout, mapping, and boundary retracement.
• Mentor surveyors and manage survey subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate survey data and as-built records.
• Manage survey resources, budgets, and schedules against milestones.
• Resolve discrepancies with clients and stakeholders.
