Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor / Manager to lead structural works on major high-rise multi-residential developments. The role offers ownership of structural delivery and a pathway to move onto subsequent major projects as the pipeline grows.

You will manage sequencing, coordination of concrete, formwork and reinforcement, and oversee safety, quality and programme to ensure on-time project performance. A long-term career with in-house development is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects.
• Strong understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement and other structural trades.
• Proven ability to programme and coordinate site works.
• Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and programme.
• Confidence taking ownership of your section and driving delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of structural works on high-rise projects and drive delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to meet programme milestones.
• Monitor safety, quality and fabrication standards on site.
• Plan and sequence site activities to optimise progress.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team.
