• Proven leadership ability with a commitment to coaching and mentoring staff.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise shifts.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to the team.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Serve customers at registers with a friendly, helpful manner.
• Keep shelves stocked so customers can find favourites.
• Identify hazards and incidents to keep everyone safe.
