Job summary

Qualifications

• Planning, evaluating and delivering nursing care for post-surgical patients.
• Maintain nursing records in accordance with NMC and Trust policies.
• Support training needs of nursing students and new starters.

Responsibilities

• Lead a nursing team on the ward and advocate for patients and carers.
• Monitor and document patient progress post-surgery with attention to nutrition and fluids.
• Collaborate with the multi-professional team to ensure safe care.
