Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing in a relevant discipline.
• Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
• Demonstrated record of scholarly and professional achievement with significant contributions to teaching, research and the profession.
• Experience delivering high-quality tertiary teaching and leading initiatives that enhance student outcomes.
• Experience with speech pathology program accreditation.
• Strong research track record including publications, leadership, collaboration and funding success appropriate to career stage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality, student-centred teaching.
• Lead curriculum development, course coordination and program enhancement activities.
• Lead program accreditation activities.
• Undertake and lead impactful research that advances the discipline and delivers real-world impact.
• Build research collaborations and pursue external funding opportunities.
• Supervise Honours and Higher Degree by Research students.
• Develop strong partnerships with industry, government, professional bodies and the broader community.
