Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. seeks a Team Lead Speech Pathologist to manage a team across clinic and community roles near Springfield. The role combines leadership with direct clinical work, split 60/40 between caseload and managerial duties.

You will oversee scheduling, recruitment, appraisals, and quality improvement while engaging with the community and promoting services. A varied caseload across paediatric to adult clients is available, with potential paediatric-only emphasis.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
• Minimum 4 years post graduate experience in speech pathology.
• Previous leadership experience preferred but not essential.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists and foster a positive team culture.
• Oversee administrative functions: scheduling, recruitment, performance appraisals, and quality improvement.
• Drive community engagement and promote clinic services within the community.
• Provide client feedback and guidance to the team.
• Manage a reduced, varied caseload aligned with interests (paediatric to adult).
• Option for paediatric-only or mixed-ages caseload.
