Job summary

Buildcorp is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to lead commercial construction projects in Queensland. The role focuses on coordinating site activities, managing programs, and ensuring compliance across delivery teams and subcontractors.

You will drive health, safety, and quality on site, manage workforce planning, and build strong relationships with internal teams and partners to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction sites with proven results.
• Strong subcontractor market knowledge and relationships.
• Ability to influence, lead and communicate across all levels.
• Commitment to delivering projects safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities and manage program outcomes.
• Lead site meetings, conduct walks, and address non-conformances.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and site facilities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates and drive accountability for actions.
