Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior SAP ECC6 Functional Consultant specializing in PM/MM to support major client engagements across Australia. You will lead configuration, testing, and production support within an AMS/ITIL framework, collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver reliable, measurable outcomes.

Join a scale-ready managed services environment, mentor junior consultants, and help optimize maintenance, procurement, and inventory processes for SAP PM/MM modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience, with at least 5 years in SAP PM/MM support roles.
• Strong SAP PM expertise: Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Preventive Maintenance.
• Strong SAP MM expertise: Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Goods Movements, and Material Master Data.
• Experience delivering PM/MM solutions in an AMS environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support for Incidents, Service Requests, Problems and Changes.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex production issues.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver under SLAs in a client environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SAP PM/MM across maintenance, asset management, procurement, inventory management.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to capture requirements and identify process improvements.
• Communicate complex SAP PM/MM concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP PM/MM solutions using approved methodologies.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design workshops, and demos.
• Develop functional specs, configure solutions, and support testing, deployment, and production changes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve PM/MM issues, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
