Job summary

Capgemini is hiring an experienced SAP Business Data Cloud / Datasphere Lead to join our Data & Analytics practice in Australia. You will partner with clients and internal teams to design, govern, and deliver data platform solutions that leverage SAP BDC and Datasphere, including data modelling, integration and security considerations.

You will own the data platform workstream, guide onshore/offshore developers, and drive architectural decisions, estimates, and delivery readiness across

Qualifications

• Experience leading discovery and design workshops with business, SAP functional and enterprise data teams.
• Define target BDC / Datasphere architecture including connectivity and semantic modelling.
• Assess SAP data products for project needs and determine activation or extension.
• Lead ingestion, replication and transformation flows for SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Guide onshore and offshore developers and ensure design quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Datasphere solutions for an assigned client project.
• Own the data platform workstream and provide hands-on technical leadership.
• Coordinate integration with SAP Analytics Cloud and enterprise data platforms.
• Own technical estimates, development standards, and design reviews.
• Lead platform testing, performance tuning, and production handover.
