Job summary

Joii People is seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure work meets plans, budgets and safety standards.

Join an established residential construction team. The role requires a QBCC Site Supervisor license, a trade background or related qualification, and strong leadership and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and organisational abilities in a construction setting.
• Strong communication with clients, PMs and trades.
• Ability to manage multiple residential sites and coordinate diverse trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across multiple residential building sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and ensure construction schedules are met
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, plans, specifications and quality standards
• Maintain workplace health and safety requirements on site
• Conduct site inspections and manage quality control
• Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and trades
• Keep accurate site records, reports and documentation
• Ensure sites are clean, organised and operating efficiently
