Responsibilities

• Support the Village Manager and Camp Services Manager in supervising daily camp operations.
• Ensure delivery of meals, cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services.
• Manage bookings and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Liaise with client management, camp teams and staff to maintain service standards.
• Support staffing levels and a safe, positive camp environment.
• Assist with room cleaning and other operational tasks as needed.
