The role supports ongoing professional development, with opportunities for leadership growth within Warrigal Care across facilities. A nurse with AHPRA registration and aged care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrated 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care.
• Knowledge of legislation affecting aged care services.
• Resourceful, respectful and passionate with mentoring abilities.
