Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Quarry Operator in Victoria to join a dynamic team at the Diggers Rest area. You will operate heavy mobile plant, support sales loading, and assist with pit operations and earthworks.

A safety-first mindset and ability to coordinate with management are essential. Applicants must hold RIIMPO tickets for Front End Loader, Excavator, Dozer, and Haul Truck, and pass a quarry medical including spirometry and drug/alcohol screening.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high-tonnage heavy mobile plant.
• Strong safety record and adherence to site policies.
• Ability to coordinate between site management and crew.
• Must pass comprehensive quarry medical assessment including spirometry.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy mobile plant including loaders, excavators, dozers and haul trucks.
• Load sales area trucks, manage stockpiles, feed hoppers, and move materials safely.
• Perform site earthworks tasks such as overburden removal and pit maintenance.
