Job summary

Framework Search Select Health Pty Ltd in Adelaide seeks an experienced Senior Clinician/Leader to guide clinical direction, mentor clinicians and support service growth. You will manage a clinical caseload while driving high standards of care.

You will work with the Senior Manager and leadership team to expand services across clinic, community and telehealth, ensuring evidence-based practice and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist
• Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA
• Medicare provider number or ability to obtain one
• Senior Clinician/Leader experience or readiness to lead
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology

Responsibilities

Their highly experienced & skilled team supports clients across a range of settings & funding models including clinic, community and telehealth, working closely with individuals, families and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes.

About the role

This position combines clinical leadership, team development and operational oversight while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload. Working closely with the Senior Manager & wider leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting service growth, mentoring clinicians and driving high-quality clinical outcomes across the practice.

Key selection criteria

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology
• Full registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Clinical Psychologist
• Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Clinician/Leader or the drive to step up into a leadership role
